It may sound like a lot of work, but have you considered compiling some documents (like business cards and details of your previous residences) into one info sheet? I also suggest going digital on the less important files, so you can get some space back.Ruby Badcoehttp://www.williamsdatamanagement.com/?p=vital-records-storagenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2624407423892607318.post-60024798083319825992013-03-15T00:07:48.227-04:002013-03-15T00:07:48.227-04:00(smiling so big at the half-"hart"ed) Do...(smiling so big at the half-"hart"ed) Don't worry - not sure if my whole act will ever be together :) I'm so glad this was helpful! little ladyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13146739511606948567noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2624407423892607318.post-5244341407575672792013-03-14T12:26:16.256-04:002013-03-14T12:26:16.256-04:00I love this! So I can access them if I am away from my apartment/laptop etc. I can also attach them when applying for apartments, jobs etc.

You could create an excel spreadsheet of the business cards and save them that way.lizannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00209581966268616207noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2624407423892607318.post-19369852974216744122013-03-13T16:51:28.310-04:002013-03-13T16:51:28.310-04:00This is absolutely great. For business cards I would say a rolodex. They are old school but may be the best for a small apartment since you can fit a lot of cards into those things. For passwords I'm going to try that eWallet app. I kid you not it's been almost a year since I haven't logged into my savings account cause I lost the password.Camillehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13254148847527697125noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2624407423892607318.post-15123733870762052372013-03-13T14:18:09.071-04:002013-03-13T14:18:09.071-04:00I use eWallet for all of my passwords. Its a little app that sits on my dashboard, & but I'm pretty sure you can get it for the iPhone too! it allows you to separate things into categories and subcategories, and you can attach website URLs that put your login info in for you! I only have to remember *one* password to access the app, which is waaay easier than trying to hide a physical notebook-- i would forget where I put it!
